We enjoyed our three-night family trip! The room was spacious with a cozy sofa. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with the kids—especially the fluffy pancakes! Don’t miss out on the well-stocked snack corner. Be aware of ongoing renovations but they were minimally disruptive.

My kids wished the pool water wasn’t so warm. It would be great for families if the pool temperature adjusted with the Florida heat.

The room was spacious, but the A/C didn't work properly.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location, especially for attending the NKOTB concert at the nearby amphitheater. The walk took only about 20 minutes, not the 30 minutes the maps suggested. I also encountered some noise from a party outside that went on late into the night, which was frustrating as it interrupted my sleep. I wish the hotel had been more proactive about addressing the noise issue. some were friendly, while others seemed indifferent. One desk worker didn't give off a welcoming vibe at all. I hope they improve the service quality as they finish their renovations.

The remodeled rooms were super nice and spacious. The casino shuttle was convenient, making trips easy. We especially loved the hot waffles for breakfast. Great parking situation too!
